No Hassle Return Policy

To return, simply do the following:

  • Contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery to you.
  • You will be issued a RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
  • Ship it back.

Don't worry if you don't actually ship within 14 days. As long as you CONTACT us within 14 days, you can return the merchandise for any reason.

Do not ship without a Return Authorization.

Note: Return shipping is to be paid by you. The refund will be issued after receipt of merchandise by D&D Design, Inc. and is subject to deductions for damage, use, and/or missing parts.
