It is important your vehicle meet the hauling criteria for your motorcycle.

To calculate the requirements for your motorcycles, add the weight of the carrier to your motorcycles, then multiply that number by 10 to factor for tongue capacity. Follow this example to calculate the minimum required towing capacity for hauling a two 200 lb. dirt bikes with a Max Dual carrier.

200 lbs. + 200 lbs. (2 Dirt Bikes) + 60 lbs. (Carrier) = 460 lbs.
460 lbs. (Net Weight) x 10 = 4,600 lbs. (Minimum Required Towing Capacity)

Additional Example:

(2) 250 lb. motorcycles = 5,600 lbs. minimum required towing capacity for vehicle.

Max Dual Motorcycle Carrier - Overview

The Max Dual is a two-motorcycle variation of our elite motorcycle, scooter & dirt bike hitch carrier, the MotoTote Max. Built with 2 of our MTX platforms, it secures 2 motorcycles with total weight of up to 600 lbs.* (outer bike limited to 250 lbs.), with optimally placed MaxHold Tire Tracks and additional components. It connects to any 2” receiver hitch with our ZeroWobble+ mount. Grab a friend; riding is most fun together.

TECHNOLOGY & FEATURES

(2) MTX Platforms

Two heavy-duty steel main supports connect to 2" receivers, haul up to 600 lbs. (272 kgs.) (300 lbs. per track spot) support track/chock adjustability, and the attachment of innovative components.

(2) StableStop Chocks

Two adjustable tire mounts secure front tires up to 4.75" (120 mm), add lateral support, and hold the motorcycles upright while securing tie-downs.

(2) MaxHold Tracks

Two adjustable laser cut tracks with improved geometry offer unrivaled wedging and grip to secure a range of rear tire sizes up to 6" (152 mm) and adjust to a 62" (157 cm) wheelbase.

BroadPull XL Arms

Two extended length dual tie-down arms expand strap angles, add strength and maximize leverage.

EasyLoad Ramp

A longer webbed steel ramp reduces angle, maximizes traction, and eliminates bottoming out while loading. Ramp hooks directly into tire track and will not disengage during loading.

ZeroWobble+ Hitch Mount

Upgraded mount eliminates rack movement laterally in transport and requires fewer tools for installation.

Excellent product

When looking for something to haul my 400cc dualsport my father-in-law thought a big trailer would be the only way to get it across the country. He never admits when he is wrong except this one occasion. We hauled it 10+ hours without it even budging. It's excellently built and you're getting a quality product!

Love it. Just one issue

LED light kit did not reach the plug in on the vehicle. Required the purchase of a 27 inch extension.
